Role Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Intern to join our onsite team. As a Functional Intern, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our clients' business operations and our ERP software solutions. You do not need to know how to code. Instead, we will train you comprehensively on the Odoo 17 and Odoo 18 frameworks so you can understand business workflows, map processes, and configure system modules to meet complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities

·        Participate in hands-on training to master Odoo modules including Sales, Inventory, Point of Sale (POS), and Accounting.

·        Assist in mapping client business processes (e.g., supply chain logic, double-entry ledgers, and multi-warehouse routing) to Odoo’s features.

·        Test business workflows, POS barcode configurations, and stock transit routes to ensure they operate perfectly before client deployment.

·        Support senior consultants in configuring regional compliance requirements, such as ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing for international implementations.

·        Help draft clear Functional Specification documents to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for our technical developer team.

·        Prepare client diagnostic checklists, presentation materials, and demo databases for B2B events and initial client meetings.

Ideal Profile & Requirements

·        Education: Recent graduate or final-semester student in BBA, MBA (Supply Chain/IT Management), B.Com, Accounting, or BS IT.

·        Strong foundational understanding of business operations, supply chain logistics, or basic accounting principles.

·        Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—essential for requirements gathering and client interactions.

·        Logical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process mapping (e.g., translating a real-world sales scenario into step-by-step systemic actions).

·        Ability to commute daily to our office in Bashir Tower, New Metro City, Sarai Alamgir.

Career Path & Growth

This internship is structured as a 3-month probationary period. Successful interns who demonstrate a strong grasp of Odoo's business logic and excellent problem-solving skills will be offered a full-time position as a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant at a competitive market salary.
